Anger Series 06 - Paul & Anger - Audio

This is the sixth audio teaching in the Anger Series. The apostle Paul was a man with an angry spirit about him. He was enraged against the church before his conversion, and he struggled with anger after it. Paul wrote a lot about anger. He showed the Galatians that it was a work of the flesh. He reminded Colossian believers that anger was part of the old man and his deeds. He taught the Ephesians to deal with anger immediately or it gives place to the devil and grieves the Holy Spirit. In Galatians he shows that the answer to anger is the Holy Spirit. In Colossians he reminds us that the cross put the old man to death, but the resurrection of Christ gave us the new man. In Ephesians, we learn that we can be angry and not sin. We are not to let the sun go down on our anger. We are to put off all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking, and all malice. We are to put on the new man who walks in love and forgives even as Christ forgave us. The PowerPoint slides for this audio teaching are above in the file - "Anger Series - All PowerPoint Slides."
